  • “Work-in Health, Germany” is a free recruitment program for Nurses organized by ODEPC in collaboration with the German Skilled Worker Agency for Health and Care Professions (Defa) based in Saarbrücken, Germany. Germany is one of the most popular destinations for Indian job seekers due to its strong economy, high demand for skilled workers, fair working conditions, and a strong social security system, covering health insurance, pensions, and unemployment insurance.

    The project “Work-in Health, Germany” was initiated by ODEPC in 2022, and since then, hundreds of nurses have been successfully deployed to Germany.

    • FREE Recruitment of Nurses to Germany
    • FREE German language training and examinations
    • Training by experienced Indian and German tutors
    • Monthly stipend up to INR 10,000 (from B1 level)
    • Reward for those who pass B2 exam in their first attempt
    • Free translation/attestation of documents
    • Free visa and air ticket

    • Qualification: GNM/BSc Nursing
    • Experience: Preferred; but fresher also can be considered
    • Gender: Male or Female
    • Max. Age Limit: 40 years
    • Willing to attend offline German language training in any of the ODEPC training centres
    • Ability to learn languages
    • Personal motivation and perseverance
    • Support of family (partner/parents/children)

    • Minimum salaries: € 2300 as nursing assistants, € 2800 as qualified nurses
    • Contract duration: 2 years (renewable)
    • Working hours: 40 hours per week
    • Free visa and air ticket
    • Insurance: deducted from the salary
