ODEPC (Overseas Development and Employment Promotion Consultants) Ltd is a Public sector undertaking under the Department of Labour and Skills, under the Government of Kerala. It is established in 1977 and has been engaged in overseas recruitment for the last 4 decades. Other activities include Skill-enhancement training, Study Abroad consultancy, Air ticket booking and visa processing, and conducting tour packages.

ODEPC mainly recruits to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Germany, Belgium, United Kingdom, Austria, Australia, etc.

ODEPC accepts registration through our web portal for overseas recruitment. For other services, registration is not required.

Yes. The Fee for OVERSEAS RECRUITMENT is as follows:

THE REGISTRATION/ IS VALID FOR 2 YEARS ONLY. ON COMPLETION OF EVERY TWO YEARS, YOU WILL HAVE TO RENEW THE REGISTRATION BY PAYING THE PRESCRIBED RENEWAL FEES.

You can register through the Register  link on our website. Provide primary information and create an account with us. You will then be asked to complete your academic and professional profile. You also need to upload a CV, copies of your passport and Aadhar card. After completing this profile, you need to complete the payment also. On completion of successful payment, you will get the registration number and will be able to apply for jobs. You can also see the up-to-date information regarding job notifications on your profile, after successful completion of registration.

If you are not registered, you will be able to search for a job, but will not be able to apply for the job. To use all services related to overseas recruitment, you have to register and activate your account.

Click on "Become a Partner" link at the bottom of the website, and fill your details and Submit. We will contact you for further communication.

The duration of the process vary depending on the country, position, and the availability of qualified candidates. However we work efficiently to complete the deployment process as soon as possible

Our experts will review your application and try and match you with the job as per the requirements of the employer. If we do find a perfect match, our staffs will be in touch with you. So, don’t forget to give as much information about you in your profile!. 

If your profile doesn't matches with the job description, don’t give up hope! We encourage you to keep applying for new positions. .

In some cases, when the employer wishes to conduct the interviews offline, we do call the candidates for interviews. But our common practice is to use online video conferencing / tele-conferencing to arrange interviews with the Employer.
