During last four decades ODEPC has facilitated many candidates in different fields and countries including Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, State of Kuwait, Qatar, Singapore, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Sultanate of Oman, etc. The major sectors to which ODEPC recruits are Engineering, Health Care, Sales, Marketing, and Construction etc. We have a track record of recruiting thousands of technical and non-technical personnel, skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers for clients in the Gulf and other Middle Eastern countries. As Healthcare professionals from Kerala are of great demand by foreign employers due to their remarkable dedication and service, our major clients are from Health care sector. On an average of 300 nurses are recruited to various countries through this organization every year.
ODEPC have signed an agreement with Ministry of Health, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for recruiting Doctors, Nurses, and other Para-Medical professionals. Besides this, we have relationships with many private hospitals in Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries like UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, etc. Besides this, the Ministry of Health, Maldives has recently started recruiting Nurses and ambulance drivers through us.
Since 2016, we are recruiting Nurses to European Countries like United Kingdom and Ireland. ODPEC has started recruiting Staff Nurses in private and Government sector to the NHS Trust hospitals of United Kingdom through Global Learners Program in association with the Health Education England of UK from November 2018 onwards. It is a 3 year work-based educational experience in England for nurses and other healthcare professionals, which will enhance and add to their existing skills and provide an opportunity to work in the NHS whilst gaining new knowledge and experience. We are aiming at recruiting at least 500 nurses to United Kingdom through this program.
Amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have succeeded in recruiting 500+ nurses, which includes 150+ nurses to UAE for COVID mission, and 250+ nurses to UK NHS trusts.
