Job Description

Essential Qualification

  • Post Graduate Degree in management
  • Engineering graduate

Mandatory Experience

  • 5 years experience in Animal Feeds.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Dairy

Job Description

  • Must have the understanding of modern, professional Retail operations analytics
  • Must have leadership skills.
  • Manage store operations with regional managers by contributing honest views and opinions.
  • Must be willing to take responsibilities of their own performance.
  • Spearheads and oversees an organization’s distribution procedures, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with different departments to identify and understand the distribution needs, set goals and guidelines, manage budgets and schedules, delegate tasks, develop strategies to optimize operations
