• PG or MBA in Retail/ Marketing/ Strategy or equivalent

Mandatory Experience

• 8 years’ experience in retail Leadership role with a chain store preferably a mass grocery retail.

• Should be able to identify new opportunities for growth with international retail companies. Well knowledge of inventory management
• Must be responsible for financial performance of the business.
• Should maintain strong leadership culture within the organization.
• Maintain strong relationship with suppliers, customers and stakeholders.
• Must be able to act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at public events, industry conferences, and in the media.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement both financial and commercial activities.
• Develop Strategic plan and execution that aligns with business strategy
• Must be able to think strategically and be able to plan, coordinate and implement financial and commercial activities.
• Must ensure the company compliance with all national laws and regulation , internal policies and guidelines
