ODEPC, a Government of Kerala undertaking invites application from Nurses for recruitment to a famous Residential Aged Care providers in Australia.

Eligibility:

• Holds Bachelor of Nursing; and
• Be registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Must hold any of the following English language certification.

–    IELTS (academic module) with a minimum overall score of 7 and a minimum score of 7 in each of the four components (listening, reading, writing and speaking).

–     OET with a minimum score of B in each of the four components (listening, reading, writing and speaking)

– PTE Academic with a minimum overall score of 65 and a minimum score of 65 in each of
the four communicative skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking).

– TOEFL iBT with a minimum total score of 94 and the following minimum score in
each section of the test:  24 for listening, 24 for reading, 27 for writing, and 23 for speaking.

Experience:

• Post registration experience in Aged Care is essential

Skills:

• Possesses sound communication skills and high-level interpersonal skills; and Possesses well-developed time management skills.

Contract duration for RNs

• RNs with AHPRA will be initially sponsored under a 482 or 494 visa with the opportunity to attain permanent residency via a 186 or 191 sponsor visa. The contract offered is Permanent Full time. The duration of the contract depends on the visa (482 visa: 2 years; 494 visa: 5 years)
• RNs without AHPRA will be initially sponsored under a 407 visa for 12 months period and move to a 482/494 visa once AHPRA is obtained.
