The requirement is for one of the Group companies which runs many trains across Japan. It is One of the largest firms in the Automobile Industry of Japan. As a transportation company, it aims to be a company that is needed by the local community in the future by adapting flexibly to any changes in the environment. The client is hiring Automotive Technician as a part of their Service & maintenance department. Given below are the specifications pertaining to requirements and benefits.

Required Ǫualification |
· A graduate or engineering degree in automobile maintenance from a recognized college or university in India or globally. |

Driving License |
Candidates must obtain a car driving license in India 3 months before coming to Japan. (Employer prefer those candidates who already have a driving license in India. The candidate must hold a legal and valid driving license in India, which will need to be converted to a Japanese license when he arrives in Japan. The cost for this process is approximately 5,000
Japanese yen, which the candidate has to bear.) |

Bonus |

Steps after boarding in Japan |
· In the first year after joining, employees will undergo OJT (On the Job Training) to become proficient in their duties (learning the job while being trained by senior employees).
· After obtaining a Level 2 Automobile Mechanic certification (national license of Japan), there is a possibility of being appointed as a maintenance supervisor, though it also depends on the candidate’s overall performance and customer satisfaction etc. · Candidates will also be learning N4 Japanese language level once he/she joins the Company, for which entire expenses will be incurred by the employer. However, they must have proficiency of N5 level in India before they reach Japan. |

Preferred Characteristics in a candidate |
· Co-workers will be young from the age of 18 to 19 years old (young lot), so we prefer candidates who are young OR who fit in the company’s culture (basically who are willing to work with any age group of people, and who Do not give preferences to Hierarchy OR age when it comes to working with Bosses/ colleagues etc.)
