Job Description

Job Location:

  • Botswana

Qualification:

  • Engineering Degree in Mechanical Production.

Expereince:

  • 7 years’ experiencein relevant field.
  • Plant operation experience preferable

Job Description

  • Must have the understanding of modern, professional milling business
  • Must have leadership skills.
  • Manage store operations with regional managers by contributing honest views and opinions.
  • Must be willing to take responsibilities of their own performance.
  • Responsible for managing and growing the business within a cluster.
  • Oversees the entire activitiesand ensures that the workforce is productive
