- Should be able to identify new opportunities for growth with international hardware business.
- Well knowledge of inventory management
- Must be responsible for financial performance of the business.
- Should maintain strong leadership culture within the organization.
- Maintain strong relationship with suppliers, customers and stakeholders.
- Must be able to act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at public events, industry conferences, and in the media.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement both financial and commercial activities.
- Develop Strategic plan and execution that aligns with business strategy
- Must be able to think strategically and be able to plan, coordinate and implement financial and commercial activities.
- Must ensure the company compliance with all national laws and regulation , internal policies and guidelines
