Job Description

Essential Qualification

  • Engineering Degree in Production Management / Mechanical engineering

Mandatory Experience

  • 5 years experience in Retail Groceries.

Preferred Experience

  • Manufacturing Plant Experience

Job description

  • Must have the understanding of modern, professional Retail operations analytics
  • Must have leadership skills.
  • Manage store operations with regional managers by contributing honest views and opinions.
  • Must be willing to take responsibilities of their own performance.
  • Oversees the operational activities of the business and ensures that the workforce is productive.
  • Ensuring that staff are all aware of operational best practices and implementing new technologies.
