Qualifications

Candidates must have an ITI/Diploma certificate in a relevant field and have experience as a minimum of 3 years in the field of Shipbuilding/Offshore or Oil and gas industry. Priority will be given to workers with overseas/abroad experience.

Skilled Trades:

Normal working hours for all position below is calculated as:

Mondays to Saturdays: 08:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs. (12:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs lunch break)

Below is proposed salary structure:

• Fabricator/Fitter Structure

Basic salary of 650 – 700 USD per month. Overtime on weekdays @ 5 USD per hour and Sundays and Public holidays @ 7 USD per hour.

• Fabricator/Fitter Piping

Basic salary of 700 – 750 USD per month. Overtime on weekdays @ 5 USD per hour and Sundays and Public holidays @ 7 USD per hour

General Terms and Conditions:

All workers will be directly employed by the shipyard and will be provided with standard accommodation, food, and transportation to and from the shipyard, free of charge. They are also entitled for 30 days paid leave (basic salary) per year and One (1) round trip flight ticket per year. Insurance for all workers will be provided. Work permits will be provided by the shipyard.

From each worker, half of the basic salary for first Two (2) months will be withheld by the shipyard and the total amount withheld to be paid to the worker when he/she successfully completes 1 year.

Salary will be paid in Local currency (Turkish Lira) corresponding to the USD – TL rate on the salary date.

All expenses towards visa, tickets, insurance, medical etc. will be covered by the employer.
