LELI is the FREE Recruitment project of ODEPC for recruiting Graduate Nurses to 3 Belgian hospitals in Leuven-Limburg (Flanders – Belgium) recruit Indian nurses through ODEPC

Requirements
- At least a Bachelor Degree in Nursing (Post Basic BSc Nursing / BSc Nursing ) from a recognized institution.
- Proficient in English: Need IELTS overall band score of 6 (each module needs a score of 6 and above) or OET score C and above in each module or CEFR level C1 in any International English language exams
- Gender: Male or Female
- Working Experience: Not Mandatory
- Keen interest to work in Belgium
- Must have a passport with validity at least 2 years
- Willing to attend a 6-months intensive residential training program in Dutch language
- Be prepared and able to start the Dutch language training course within one month after the selection tests at any of the ODEPC training centers. The training will be provided in two steps
- Dutch Level A1 to B1 6 months in Kerala, India
- Level B1+ to B2 (including clinical Dutch) in combination with nursing work practice (4 months in Belgium)
- All requested documents in order of diploma homologation must be available
- Copies of Nursing certificate, identity card, evidence for name change (if any), certificate to prove internships, documents to prove relevant work experience, documents to prove additional trainings, if any.
What We offer
- Provide a 6-months intensive residential Dutch language training at Angamaly, Kerala.
- Provide a monthly stipend of INR 11,000 during the 6-months Dutch language training in Kerala.

- Further language training in Belgium : (4 months)

- Stipend of €500 / month during the first 2 months (only language training)
- Stipend of €250 / month during the last 2 months (in combination with part-time work)
- The same remuneration as Belgian nurses in a general hospital
- Basic gross salary per month for a bachelor nurse without work experience with full-time employment: € 3001.27 (Approx. INR 2.76 lakhs) – [Net € 2100 (Approx. 1.93 lakhs)

- Accrual of paid vacation days after one year of employment
- Working week full time: 38-40 hours / week

Selection Procedure
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a 2-day selection process at Angamaly, Kerala (second week of August). This process is controlled directly by the employer.
The finally selected candidates will have to stay at Angamaly for 6 months to attend the Dutch language training provided by Dutch native speakers. Monthly stipend of Rs.11000 will be provided to the candidates for this training.
An amount of Rs.30000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) will be collected as a caution deposit before commencing Dutch Language Training, which will be refunded to the candidates before they travel to Belgium.
