THIS SITE OFFERS JOB PORTAL SERVICES INTENDED TO CREATE THE DATABASE OF JOB SEEKERS, THE FEES PAYABLE IS ONLY FOR THE REGISTRATION; ODEPC DOES NOT GUARENTEE RECRUITMENT SERVICES OR JOBS UPON REGISTRATION.

Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the service. By using our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. ODEPC may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement.

Rs. 250/-	Rs.70/-	Skilled/Semi skilled Graduates, Polytechnic Diploma holders, Nurses (BSc/GNM), Paramedical staffs, ITI/ITC/NCVT holders, Clerks, Typists, KG/Nursery Teachers, Trained Graduate Teachers, TTC holders, Technicians, supervisors, draughtsman, Sales man etc.

THE REGISTRATION IS VALID FOR 2 YEARS ONLY. ON COMPLETION OF EVERY TWO YEARS YOU MUST RENEW THE REGISTRATION BY PAYING THE PRESCRIBED FEES.

Users shall not use this ODEPC Site in order to create, display, upload, publish, update, store or destroy material, including without limitation of ODEPC Content,

 

• In violation of any applicable law or regulation in India or elsewhere,

• In a manner that is misleading, factually wrong, confusing or incorrect at the time of submission, before or later,

• In a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others,

• That belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right to,

• That is grossly harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of another’s privacy, threatening, abusive or hateful or objectionable, disparaging, relating encouraging money laundering or gambling or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever,

• Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such message or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature, impersonate another person or entity,

• Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of ODEPC’s computer systems or site or ODEPC’s users, customer’s computer systems or site,

• Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states or of public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or insulting any other nation.

• Prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of ODEPC Site, including, without limitation the following activities:

• Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;

• Attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to any ODEPC Site, overloading, “flooding”, “spamming”, “mail bombing” or “crashing”; or

• Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. The ODEPC or Government of Kerala will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

 

When you register with ODEPC Site, You will be asked to provide the Company with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address (Your “Information”). You understand and agree that the Company may disclose to third parties, on an anonymous basis, certain aggregate information contained in your registration application for the purpose of recruitment. The Company will not disclose to any third party your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent, except for the purpose of recruitment of a company, or when asked by any Governmental agencies and to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.

 

No Guarantees for Job Vacancies

ODEPC gives no guarantee of continued availability of any particular job advertised on the Site and will not be responsible if the employer have filled the vacancy at any time prior to removal of the advertisement from the Site.

No Service Guarantee

ODEPC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You also understand that ODEPC cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site or delivered via electronic mail through the Site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data.

Our Right to use information you send us

ODEPC welcomes ideas and feedback from you about all aspects of the Site. You agree that ODEPC may reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, and publicly display any materials and other information (including ideas for new or improved products and services) that you submit to any public areas of the Site (such as bulletin boards, forums and newsgroups) or by email to ODEPC. No Guarantee as to Security of your Information

While ODEPC takes all due care in ensuring the privacy and integrity of the information you provide, the possibility exists that this information could be unlawfully observed by a third party while in transit over the Internet or while stored on ODEPC systems. ODEPC accepts no liability should this occur.

Your Responsibility for your login credentials

We will provide a username and password for all registered users. You are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password and username. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your username. You may change your password or username at any time by following instructions; you may also delete services attached to your registration at your convenience. You agree to immediately notify ODEPC of any unauthorised use of your username or any other breach of security known to you

Computer viruses, worms and Trojan horses

Although we use reasonable efforts to protect the Websites from computer viruses, worms, Trojan Horses and other such destructive features, we do not warrant that the Websites are free from such Features and accept no liability for any damage that may result from the transmission of any Destructive Feature via the Websites or via any files which are available for you to download from the Websites. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements for the accuracy of data input and output.
You are responsible for ensuring that your computer system meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to use the Websites or any service made available through them and that it is compatible with the Websites.
